01Set your rhythm

Allowed days
Target date, breaks & more

Editing a date makes it fixed. Rebuilding moves only automatic items. Spacing advances after a planning day is full, then skips blocked dates.

Use ↑ ↓ to reorder. Automatic dates follow list order; fixed dates stay put. Completing an item also fixes its date; you can unlock it anytime.

Shift dates & add review sessions

Exact shifts preserve spacing. Respecting days off moves blocked dates in the shift direction. Shifting pauses auto-scheduling to keep your changes.

Reviews use fixed dates and the topic colour. Days off are skipped forwards. Repeating this adds only missing review dates; select a review explicitly to build on it.

Try a starting point

Examples replace your list. Undo restores your previous plan.

This plan is held in this tab. Save a project file to edit it again later.

A little structure goes a long way. Add topics, paste a list or try an example to see your plan here.

03Take your plan with you

Your calendar will ask you to finish adding the events.

Google and Apple may replace colours in a single calendar file. Colour calendars keeps each colour group separate: import each group into its own calendar and set that calendar’s colour. PDF and image exports keep your chosen colours.

A calendar file (.ics) contains all the selected items, ready to import together. It is not a ZIP file.

PDF: up to 24 months. Image: up to 12 months in one picture, subject to image size. Choose a shorter range for a detailed export. Busy days may show “+ more”; the PDF agenda includes full details.

More about calendar imports

Google Calendar: on a computer, open Settings → Import & export → select your .ics file and choose a calendar.

iPhone / iPad: import the .ics attachment from Mail. You can also import it using Calendar on a Mac and sync through your calendar account.

Imports are snapshots, not live subscriptions. Re-importing may create duplicates; using a separate calendar makes replacing an old plan easier. Colours and reminders depend on the receiving app. Google Calendar imports must be smaller than 1 MB; omit notes or use a shorter range for very large plans.

Items without a time appear as all-day events. If you add a time, it uses your calendar’s local time; check it when travelling across time zones.

A list is a good start.

Paste one topic or activity per line. Each becomes an editable, colour-coded calendar item. Up to 500 items per plan.

Add your plan to a calendar

A calendar file ends in .ics. It holds all your selected dates and activities, so you can add the plan together rather than one item at a time.

Google Calendar

For a whole plan, use Google Calendar on a computer. The phone app does not import calendar files.

  1. Save your calendar file using Download calendar file.
  2. In Google Calendar, open Settings → Import & export.
  3. Choose the downloaded file, choose a calendar, then click Import.

Apple / iOS Calendar

  1. On iPhone or iPad, try Open or share calendar file. Choose Calendar if your device offers it, then review and add the events.
  2. If Calendar is not offered, save the file and open it as an attachment in Apple Mail. Tap the attachment and follow the calendar prompts.
  3. On a Mac, open the downloaded file in Calendar and choose where to add the events.

Google and Apple still ask you to confirm. Imports are saved copies, not a live connection; importing the same plan again may make duplicates. Colours and reminders depend on the calendar app.
